Baby Lash Co began with Tay—a solo lash artist with a big vision. As word spread, the team grew: first Caity, then Xena and Marisa. The snowball moment came when Maysa—now our Creative Director—moved from Canada; Marisa had been her lash tech there, and Maysa introduced her to Baby Lash Co… she loved the culture so much she joined the team. Today we’re a five-strong family with unbreakable bonds and a shared standard of excellence. Every set we create is crafted with intention, powered by teamwork, and tailored to the face that wears it.
